Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of thistlehorn.com and the products sold from it. Thistlehorn is a venture studio operated by Craig Roberts, an individual based in New York, USA.

What we sell

We design and sell digital downloads (resume and cover-letter templates, printable art) and physical print-on-demand goods (t-shirts, stickers, a baby bodysuit). Digital downloads are delivered electronically after purchase. Physical goods are manufactured and shipped by Printify; some products are also listed on Etsy.

Payment

Payment is taken via Stripe and Gumroad. By purchasing, you agree to their applicable terms for processing your payment.

Refunds & returns

If there's an issue with an order, email craigroberts416@gmail.com and we'll work it out with you directly.

The free ATS checker

The ATS checker at /callback/ats-check is provided free, as-is, for your own use. It processes text entirely in your browser and does not send or store what you paste in.

No accounts

This site has no user accounts or logins. There is nothing to secure on our end beyond the site itself.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The current version is always the one posted here.
